Aluminum layer is pre-made on base film, on a thermal lamination machine the aluminum layer is hot-transfering onto the white paper, for next step UV printing onto it,
1. It's thermal, no need glue.
2. It can be immediately proceeded for printing; no needs wait at least 20 hours after the transfering for next process like the other product do need.
3. Good performance at the crease line during die-cutting and being folded.
4. This is no film metalized solution.
