A kind of milk white water-based coating, which can be applied onto the printing sheet by on in-line press or off-line machine, to improve the anti-scratch, texture of the sheets, suitable for all post-press processes. Aqueous and eco-friendly. Optional glossiness from 40gu to 65gu.
Packaging boxes with using this coating can pass a rub resistance test with 2000 cycles and weight of 4 pounds; This is the equivalent of ISTA 2A transportation testing pass. The packaging with using our product can be directly pulping during recycle, no film so any peeling off needed.
